Each call to the AI endpoint counts as one request. This includes chat messages, knowledge base queries, and function calls. Streaming responses count as a single request regardless of length.

Knowledge base URLs are individual documentation pages or web pages you can connect to InAppAI for context-aware responses. Each page URL you add counts as 1 URL toward your plan limit. For example, if your docs site has 50 pages, you would add each page separately and that would count as 50 URLs.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you need. When upgrading, changes take effect immediately and you’ll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

When you reach your monthly request limit, API requests will return a 402 (Payment Required) status code. We’ll send you email notifications at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% usage so you’re never surprised. You can upgrade your plan or contact us for additional requests.

Yes! The Developer plan is completely free with 1,000 AI requests per month and 10 knowledge base URLs. It’s perfect for getting started, testing the platform, and building proof-of-concept applications. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime as your needs grow.

All plans include support for OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude models), and Google (Gemini models). Available models are shown in the dashboard and updated regularly. You can easily switch between providers from your settings.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access to your data.

Billing is monthly and based on your selected plan. Your billing period starts on the day you subscribe and renews monthly. Usage is tracked in real-time, and you can monitor your consumption in the dashboard. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
